Hey fellow Utahns! Show your pride and fight back against state-mandated bigotry with these 1" pinback buttons based on official Salt Lake City flags: progress pride, trans pride, and Salt Lake City flags, each with a sego lily. 

In early May 2025, a new bill passed by Utah Legislature was slated to take effect, banning all flags from being displayed in schools or government buildings unless they were on the (short) proscribed list that included the US flag, the state flag, flags of the military or local universities... or if they were official city flags. Hours before the ban began, the Salt Lake City Council voted unanimously to adopt three new flags as city flags: a Juneteenth flag, the progress pride flag, and the trans flag, all with a sego lily (Utah's state flower). SLC mayor Erin Mendenhall is quoted as saying "I know that the values of diversity, equity and inclusion are not only right and just, but they are fundamental to America, even through all its struggles to uphold them."
