Fundraising with Quiet Mischief

Quiet Mischief started making buttons in order to help nonprofit Genderbands fundraise, and we can do the same for you! If you are a nonprofit, L3C, or similarly socially beneficial organization, you can apply to be in our fundraising program here. You do not need to intend to resell the buttons in order to get these prices.

• Fundraising partners get a rate of $0.45 per 1.5" button for all orders, which is usually our 5000+ button rate. This rate goes down to $0.39 per button if you purchase 10,000+ buttons within a calendar year and to $0.32 per button if you purchase 20,000+. You do not need to purchase all at once to trigger the discount, and bulk orders made through your organization also count toward the total.
• We make whatever designs you'd like. Pronouns, flags, and logos are most popular; we've also done a lot of custom designs for specific events (custom designs may require a one-time design fee). All buttons will have quietmischief.com along the edge as well as a website or short saying of your choice. (We reserve the right to refuse to create designs that we feel go against our values as a company, i.e. hateful or violent messages or images). 
• Once you've received your order you can resell your buttons wherever you'd like at price points you set! 
  • At events where you're selling per button, MSRP is $2.
  • You can offer local libraries, schools, universities, bookstores, hospitals, orchestras, etc. bulk buttons! We suggest selling at around $0.90-$1 per button for these larger orders and setting a minimum of at least 50-100 per order.
  • Quiet Mischief can accept bulk custom orders through your organization! When a business or other organization wants to make a custom order through you, you can start an email chain with you, the customer, and our orders@quietmischief.com email. We work with the company to iron out the details, they pay you the full price (price per button that you set, design fee if applicable, and shipping fee), you pay us $0.45 per button plus the shipping fee and design fees if there were any, and we make and ship the buttons for you.

Order process:
1. Choose what buttons you want. The most popular are pronoun buttons, stripe flags, and logos or other recognizable assets of your organization; your can also order from our catalog or request custom designs (a one-time design fee may apply).
2. Email orders@quietmischief.com with your order listed as quantity of buttons per design. For orders of 10 or fewer buttons we can do 1 button per design; for orders of 100 or fewer the minimum is 10 buttons per design; for orders over 100 the minimum is 20 buttons per design.
3. Once designs are chosen (and proofs approved in the case of custom buttons) we will send you an invoice through Square. Orders of under $50 or rush orders need to be paid in full; orders over $50 can be paid half to begin production and half before shipping. We will also give an estimate of production time.
4. Once the invoice is paid we start your order, and ship once it's done!

We also have adjustable cotton bracelets available at fundraising prices! Minimum order is 10 bracelets and you can order adjustable braided bracelets ($1.75 each) regular twist bracelets ($1.75 each) or large twist bracelets ($2.25 each)

Quiet Mischief is an L3C, a hybrid business structure that is for-profit but with the social consciousness of a non-profit. By buying through us you are helping us raise funds for local trans meetups and grants, business and project development funds for queer artists, and benefits for our queer disabled employees!
